Specific Job Responsibilities & Duties: include the following; other duties may be assigned. * Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems * Use maintenance manuals for repairs * Makes sure there are spare parts available should there be a breakdown of equipment * Ability to work at heights of 40' or more * Diagnose mechanical & electrical problems and identify parts needed for repairs * Help train apprentice or technician to make repairs when needed * Perform daily tasks as well as supervise other personnel 

Experience * High School Diploma/GED *  2-3 years experience in maintenance in an industrial/manufacturing plant * Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience highly desirable * Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems * Must be able to read schematics, blueprints, hand drawings and other written or verbal instruction
