Lead Carpenter

• Exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm, and strong organizational abilities required.
• Supervise laborers, carpenters, and subcontractors; interface with customers throughout projects.
• Oversee all phases of construction, including framing, sheathing, wall/floor/roof assemblies, demolition, drywall installation, and finished carpentry.
• Project management skills, safety protocols, and client expectation management crucial.
• Extensive knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, building codes, and basic structural concepts needed.
• Qualifications: 10+ years of carpentry experience.
