Potential over time pay and take home tips Food service managers are responsible for the daily operation of restaurants that prepare and serve food and beverages. Full service restaurant/diner. Assistant manager will work 2-day shifts and 3-evening shifts. Schedule is subject to vary. Manager will assist General Manager in day to day operations including, but not limited to controlling labor, managing staff, some data entry, food safety, quality assurance, assisting GM with orders and ensuring guest satisfaction is a top priority.
