Unilever Sales Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario

On Friday 15thDecember , it was announced that Unilever was to sell the Spreads business to KKR and the transfer of ownership is expected to take place in July 2018 . KKR are committed to supporting the business’ growth ambition, whilst continuing to follow Unilever’s responsible sourcing policies , including working towards the goal of sourcing 100 per cent sustainable palm oil by 2019.

The Up Field Foods Customer Deveoipment Team has an immediate need for a Sales coordinator which will be based in the Toronto. Reporting to the Field Sales Lead, this position will be responsible for a variety of adminstrative tasks which are required to manage the a sales organisation.

Specific accountabilities will include:

  • Support the sales leader day to day: agenda, travels and expenses management
  • Conduct advertising tracking of Up Field businesses and competitors
  • Support Account team
  • Track and monitor budgets
  • General administration including : presentation support, report consolidation, customer forms and sample requests
  • Provide analytical support as required.

What You Need

The successful applicant will have a college degree in business or office management with a minimum 3 years of general business experience. Strong financial management, organisational and analytical skills is essential. Candidates should have strong PC knowledge, including excel and database management/organizational skills.
