We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Key Account Manager - R2.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for working hand-in-hand with the Sales Leads / Account Managers and Marketing team to execute critical sales tasks to support the RYOBI and RIDGID business at Home Depot on day-to-day account maintenance and sales activities.

You will have the overall responsibility to manage logistics of sales activities, assist with developing impactful marketing collaterals, in-store communication, and other brand initiatives to ensure R2 delivers best-in-class solutions in the industry.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Sales Leads to develop promotional calendar, and New Product roadmaps. Support special projects, plan, build, execute quarterly POG updates to support new product launches, new initiatives, removal of underperforming SKU’s, execution of new strategies, etc..

  • Develop and implement long term strategy to grow sales and market share across our Brands. Must regularly meet with all stakeholders to identify long term and short-term needs and develop a plan to deliver key metrics. Must stay abreast of industry trends to understand account needs and positioning.

  • Prepare and maintain monthly competitive landscapes and feature matrix of competitors.

  • Ad analysis and retail information

  • Gather and organize information for launching new products from the manufacturing stage to execution in-store.

  • Assist with developing weekly sales and POS update presentations.

  • Prepare and submit required Home Depot off-shelf documents and pitches.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and issues.

  • Other duties as required.

What you have done:

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Marketing, Branding or Merchandising

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, marketing or other relevant field

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Analytical and curious to understand market, consumer and customer insights.

  • Can translate business goals into action plans and develops contingency plan.
