What you will enjoy doing

  • You will be responsible for project control support all phases of EPC projects
  • You also will prepare and maintain progress reports for engineering, fabrication, and construction
  • Further, you will identify and understand project changes
  • In this role, you will administer and manage the change control process
  • Being available for site visits or site assignments is part of this role
  • You will identify potential issues and contribute to the development of a recovery plan to eliminate or minimize the impact to the project
  • Also, you will develop and maintain risk register along with associated contingency values
  • You will create and maintain expenditure forecasts
  • In this role, you will prepare reports for and participate in weekly, monthly progress and portfolio review meetings
  • You also will create effective presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • You will maintain Project Control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and verifying appropriate work instructions are created and/or modified for ISO Quality requirements
  • Additionally, comply with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics

What makes you great

  • You have a BS / BA in Business Administration, Construction, or equivalent combination of education and experience and minimum five (5) years experience managing the project control, scheduling, or project management function for an engineering and construction company
  • Hands-on experience in project control in an EPC environment preferred and certified PMP-Project Management Professional and / or AACE-Certified Cost Engineer preferred
  • Moreover, you have effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, Lotus Notes, and other Company and discipline specific software applications, e.g. Primavera P6
  • Hands-on experience in project controls in an EPC environment required; including scheduling, earned value measurement, cost forecasting, and project risk management
  • In addition, you have effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company
  • English Skills (spoken and written) are required

Salary Pay Range: 88, 875 USD - 154, 050USD
