Job Title: Injection Molding Process Technician

Job Description

As an Injection Molding Process Technician, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of job requirements, enabling you to perform at IP, Process Tech, and Mold Tech levels. Your role will include troubleshooting mechanical issues and developing action plans to resolve them. Monitoring scrap accountability, ensuring proper and prompt repair of injection molding machines, and maintaining vigilance over machinery and environment for any unsafe practices or conditions will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will be required to stay in compliance with GMP/HACCP procedures and PPE requirements, as well as all company and departmental policies. Accurate recording of production data, ensuring quality standards, minimizing scrap levels, and maximizing production flow will be key areas of focus. Moreover, you will work closely with Quality Control to maximize quality and minimize downtime, meeting departmental goals of EFF, MEEF, & Scrap.

Hard Skills

  • 2-3 years injection molding equipment maintenance experience

  • Experience with BNB and Husky inject molding machines

  • Basic equipment maintenance tools

  • Mechanical and electrical inclination

Soft Skills

  • Troubleshooting

  • Safety and quality monitoring

  • Compliance with procedures and policies

  • Data recording

  • Teamwork with Quality Control

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tolleson, Arizona.

Work Environment

The work environment will be an industrial plastic manufacturing facility, producing food & beverage containers/buckets.
