Hoofddoel van de functie

Als werknemer van SBD stelt men “de klant” steeds centraal. Dit betekent in eerste instantie samen met het team ervoor zorgen dat de orders op tijd en correct het magazijn verlaten.

Hij/zij supporteert de Assistant Group Lead in dagdagelijkse operaties. Hij/zij motiveert het team tot het behalen van de operationele doelstellingen. Behoudt overzicht over zijn/haar (sub)afdeling mbt dagdagelijkse targets.

Functie - Inhoud

Behalen van operationele doelstellingen

• Verantwoordelijk voor opvolging van de (interne) targets dewelke hem opgelegd wordt en escalatie naar Ass. Group Lead

• Zorgen dat medewekers de nodige middelen hebben om hun taak te kunnen uitvoeren.

• Oplossen (troubleshooting) & chasing

• Voorbeeldgedrag inzake Veiligheid, Orde & Netheid en toezien op naleving hiervan

Uitbouwen van een high performance team

• Training geven, mentorschap van nieuwe medewerkers

• Opvolgen en uitvoeren van werkinstructies

• Aandragen van verbeteringsvoorstellen in eigen werkgebied

• Positieve ingesteldheid uitdragen naar de groep

• Veranderingen begeleiden

• Doorgeven van nodige communicatie aan collega’s

• Ondersteuning & opvolging van polyvalentie

Procesbeheersing en Continuous Improvement

• Kennen en bewaken van de vereiste kwaliteit en juiste uitvoering van interne processen

• Support mbt implementatie van verbeteringsvoorstellen van de teamleden na samenspraak met de Ass. Group Lead

• Implementeren van nieuwe of gewijzigde procedures in het team

• Doorgedreven kennis van WMS-systeem

Veiligheid/Orde & Netheid

• Het tonen van voorbeeldgedrag inzake veiligheid, orde & netheid en het toezien op het naleven hiervan.

• Het melden van elk ongeval, bijna-ongeval of situatie die een gevaar kan zijn voor de veiligheid, welzijn en gezondheid van elke persoon.
