Key Responsibilities: This is an exciting opportunity to develop Profitability Management function and process for DRiV, working closely with the DRiV executive leadership team. The selected leader will develop global standard processes and roll-out in close alignment with the regional businesses. The leader will be a key advisor to DRiV functional leaders on opportunities to improve financial returns. Selected responsibilities include: Lead financial business case development for customer quotes, working closely with sales, purchasing, manufacturing, engineering and commercial finance teams. Establish clear linkage of business case product costs to DRiV P&L structure;

Develop and lead product cost benchmarking globally for DRiV. Identify best practices to share across regions for improvement opportunities across material, variable and fixed conversion costs

Standardize profitability & RoCE reporting globally by product / customer, ensuring alignment to DRiV standard P&L. Use information to share improvement ideas across organization, shape growth and investment strategies.

Partner with Product Planning to set future margin targets by product category and align with DRiV functions to target and track initiatives to reach margin targets

Finance lead for corporate and business development activities within DRiV. Develop financial framework to assess various JV & acquisition opportunities as well as make/buy decisions within DRiV Required Experience: Product Costing / Business Case Development / Profitability Management Automotive experience required, Aftermarket experience preferred We are committed to the safety and health of our employees.
