Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an End-to-End Planning Supply Chain intern to join our team located in Zuchwil (6 months, full-time)

Job summary

Contributes to the end-to-end planning department withing Supply Chain. Helps the team to identify and address E2E Plan imbalances via exception-based and scenario-based methodologies to achieve the most profitable balance to serve our customers.

Job Description

Assists the preparation of the monthly Integrated Business Planning Process (IBP)

Supports reporting of Plan metrics & KPI (Key Performance Indicator)

Supports assessment of supply disruptions by using exception-based and scenario-based methodologies

Assists in forecasting New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvements

​Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team

Develops an understanding of the organization's Supply Chain key practices, policies, and programs.

Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from colleagues in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Basic understanding of supply chain principles

• Advanced skills in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Power Point)

• Information/Analytical technology (Power BI, Alteryx) an asset

• Ability to work in a team, across multiple functions and in a global environment

• Interest in the Health Care Industry
