Job Description

Work location: Sochaczew Distribution Centre, expected office presence 2-3 days per week.

This is an exciting and dynamic role and provides a unique growth opportunity as the Digital Technology Leader / ITOT leader of the Distribution Center. You will work with the site leadership team to support them to deliver their operational targets, to stay compliant/cybersecure and to deliver value creation results. To achieve this you will work seamlessly across global IT (GBS and CF-IT), your colleagues across the global in similar roles and supply chain. The successful Digital Technology Leader / ITOT leader ensures that the processes to ensure the fundamental value protection KPI's (reliability/security/compliance) are met are effective and worked in a pro-active way (your site is always GIA ready). He/she builds close working relationships with site PS, understands the business operations and the site's CBN and EU PS DC vision and participates in some PS activities (DDS, IWS Loss Analysis,..). He/she forms an effective digital core team with the site digital champion and CSL to develop and deliver against the Digital masterplan for the site.

Responsibilities:

Drive operational excellence at site by working with a multi-functional team to address system and infrastructure issues promptly (25% capacity):

  • Issue Management: Identify critical issues and communicate them to management and the appropriate operational team to minimize business impact.

  • Establish efficient processes for timely communication and remediation of issues, collaborating with site key users and local/global support teams when necessary.

  • Actively participate in regular digital portfolio reviews with partners from the distribution center, EU market organization, and Global Business Services (GBS).

  • Collaborate with GBS service line leaders/Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to achieve operational targets, drive business growth, and progress the Integrated Work System (IWS) framework's digital pillar.

  • Lead the multi-functional distribution center digital team master plan.

Ensure strong digital stewardship and IT controls, maintaining audit readiness daily (50% capacity):

  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure IT environment security, adhering to industry standards

  • Implement a robust IT change management process to prevent incidents and unplanned outages.

  • Achieve IT compliance through assessments and resilience planning, following both industry and P&G standards.

  • Establish IT continuity planning for infrastructure, application, and operational and disaster recovery.

  • Address issues or service improvement opportunities with corresponding service lines (e.g., GBS People Services).

Lead and deliver new value for the site and/or category (25% capacity):

  • Drive digital projects to enhance site or category value.

  • Ensure infrastructure readiness to support the site's master plan, including implementing automation and other advancements.

    How Success Looks Like

  • Quickly understand current business process (as-is) and draw an ideal end statement (to-be), improving company’s success measures such as Stewardship, Compliance & IT metrics

  • Maintain masterplan of the site in support of the site's Compelling Business Needs/business direction

  • Perform with operational excellence for IT systems and portfolio tool accuracy, with zero critical business impact due to system issue.

  • Complete projects aligned with success criteria, on time and with quality.

  • Own the business results that are enabled by IT interventions or solutions you make.

  • Pro-actively seeks out opportunities which support the site's targets

Job Qualifications

Expected qualifications:

  • IT Operations: Manage applications and infrastructure components in a production environment. Solid understanding of IT operations. (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

  • Project Management : Ability to successfully deliver small to medium projects with excellent collaboration

  • Collaboration/stakeholder management : Ability to work effectively with a multifunctional team at the site, and broader teams across to deliver operational excellence for the site.

  • Leadership : Self-starter. Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and apply expertise to deliver business value.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent in English.

    Preferred, but can be obtained on the job: ​

  • Experience working with multifunctional teams to deliver medium to high complexity projects.

  • Certified in one or more of the following: CISA, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, Agile DevOps, PMP.
