Key Qualifications

• 3+ years Industry experience

• ServSafe certification

Responsibilities

• Encourage and train students, to help them grow into culinary professionals

• Carry out Lincoln Tech's established curricula in an organized and concise manner

• Demonstrate culinary skills safely in our fully equipped kitchen

• Assure classes are conducted in a manner that complies with the principles of food safety and sanitation

• Instruct students about safety in the kitchen, proper measurement, and cooking techniques

• Evaluate students' performance and maintain accurate attendance records

• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment

• Good understanding of culinary equipment and safety

• Strong communication skills

• Supervisory or Management Experience a plus

• Associate degree
