Who You Are & What You’ll Do:
In this crucial role, you will support the development and implementation of global and regional material supply strategies for the North American Chemicals portfolio, specifically on flavor enhancers, functional ingredients, starches & emulsifiers, specialty, oleo and petro chemicals. The major objectives will be to deliver Cost and Cash, Sustainable Sourcing, Internal and External Stakeholder engagement, harmonization and simplification targets, implement resilience plans, ideate and track savings programs for chemicals, and ensure supplier service and quality delivery.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:
Here are the minimum requirements for consideration:
At least 5 years of professional experience – including at least 3 years of relevant experience in the technical product development arena with an emphasis on chemical sources.
A true strength in utilizing Excel as an advanced business tool – advanced user level
A solid background and understanding of our chemical components – bench level knowledge or related scientific understanding of chemicals
Candidates with a working knowledge of SAP are desired, but any enterprise level ERP is fine. Additionally, PLM familiarity is also desired.
