Description:

Candidates in this role will:

• Operate and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

• Responsible for ensuring daily production objectives are met efficiently and satisfactory.

• Assist with set up, operation, adjustments, and troubleshooting of production equipment as needed.

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including: training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO and TS procedures.

• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree in Supervisory Management, Business Management, or related degree preferred; high school diploma required;

5 years of manufacturing experience required;

2 year of manufacturing supervision preferred;

Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills;

Excel skills desired;

Previous computer experience with ERP systems required.
