Harborview Medical Center has a leadership opportunity for Hospital Assistant Administrator for non-surgical procedural areas.

The Assistant Administrator for non-surgical procedures supports and encourages the scheduling, completion and recovery of all planned non-surgical procedures at Harborview.

Responsible for Procedural areas:

  • Interventional Cardiology

  • Intervention Radiology

  • Endoscopy

  • Bronchoscopy

  • Gamma Knife Additional Responsibilities:

  • Budget and strategic planning

  • Leverage Resources of ALL non-surgical procedural areas

  • Develop solutions leveraging all facility resources to meet goals

  • CO-Chair hospital Procedural Council addressing hospital procedural standards, workflow outcomes and patient experience.In addition, the Assistant Administrator for non-surgical procedures will be responsible to ensure that these areas are meeting the strategic goals and targets that are developed by Harborview related to the procedural volume in these areas. Schedule: Full time Days Requirements:

  • Bachelors in nursing, health care administration or related fields.

  • Six or more years in healthcare operations management/leadership or program management.
