Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Control system design and analysis throughout the development lifecycle Physical modeling required for controls design (Engine, valves, electric motor) Establish processes and standard methodologies for transient model development and analysis methods Technical and professional mentorship for junior team members Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of a B.S. degree in relevant engineering subject area (aerospace, mechanical, electrical, physics or software desired) 6+ years of experience in controls systems and analysis Demonstrated proficiency of linear control theory fundamentals as well as control system principles Familiarity with Electric Motor Controls Experience with simulation tools such as Simulink and MATLAB Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
