Some responsibilities of the Senior Fund Accountant:

• Manage quarterly and annual financial reporting for two Fund families, including preparation of statements and supporting schedules.

• Collaborate on analytical projects such as valuations and public comparable analyses.

• Coordinate Portfolio Company financings and assist with SEC compliance filings.

• Provide support for Limited Partner reporting, capital calls, and distributions.

• Assist in maintaining investment team track records and improving processes.

  Requirements

• Ability to go into the office 4x a week

• 3-5 busy seasons of fund audit experience (preferably from a big 4 firm)

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA license preferred

• Experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Hedge Funds audits

• Flexible team player with strong analytical skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

• Familiarity with Excel Macros is a plus
