CHG Medical Staffing Executive Assistant in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

CompHealth Allied is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Leadership Support team. The Leadership Support team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization, particularly at the executive level. As an Executive Assistant on the Leadership Support team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, manage key projects, and ensure efficient workflow across the department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple calendars, email accounts, and the senior leader Teams channel with excellence.
  • Coordinate and prepare expense reports for all leaders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of business review packets and live PowerPoint presentations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for events, including communication, coordination, and execution.
  • Support internal and occasional external meetings by preparing agendas, taking and distributing notes, and coordinating meals for onsite meetings when necessary.
  • Conduct research, prioritize and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns, including sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, correspondence, and reports as requested.

     

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.

  • Handle email communications from the VP and other senior leaders.
  • Coordinate with other executive assistants to ensure seamless support across teams.
  • Organize files and correspondence efficiently.
  • Ability to work in the Midvale location two days a week.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), including database management and reporting.
  • Exceptional calendar management skills, with experience coordinating multiple calendars.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good composition and grammar.
  • Proven ability to support high-level executives, managing surprise deadlines and difficult assignments.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

  • Experience interacting with executive-level business managers, consultants, and directors.
  • Executive-level formatting skills for presentations, documents, and reports.
  • Experience organizing events and leadership meetings.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting professionals.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a executive level support position.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $51,709 -- $125,299 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which re paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
