Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for anAdmin/Training Advisor toprovide a full range of professional administrative services and products to the RSNF Training Director regarding the management of the RSNF Training Program. This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate can work under general management and formulate and define context and objectives through scientific research and fact-finding to develop or modify relatively complex information systems.

• Build education and training policies, follow up on their implementation, measure their outcomes, and build performance indicators for the policy implementation procedures.

• Write quarterly executive reports for educational and training programs at the RSNF education and training facilities.

• Practice analytical methods when collecting user information, identifying work issues, designing software systems, and developing procedures to address problems or obstacles.

• Develop and modify complex systems and subsystems to improve the overall operational system.

• Analyze and review logical difficulties of existing systems and documentation as necessary.

• Analyze approaches or methods of handling.

• Review requirements for proposed tasks, collect information, analyze data, prepare a project summary, compare alternatives, prepare features for programs, solve processing issues, coordinate work with programmers, and direct users to the new systems.

• Qualified to analyze routine (ordinary) systems, but they require direction and guidance in complex activities

• Prepare detailed characteristics of the programs to be written.

• Contribute to completing achievements associated with specific projects.

Qualifications

BS with 2-5 years experience or commensurate

Shall have a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the assigned program or position AND a minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in the associated functional tasks - OR – ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in the associated functional tasks.

Shall have professional knowledge of Navy management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.

Complete knowledge of the job. Intermediate knowledge of general patterns of the job and their application or usage methods that provide solutions to many medium-range or complex technical issues. Work under general supervision.

Shall be a US citizen or a Saudi national.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

USD $46,770.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr.
