Who You Are & What You’ll Do:

You will seek out and prospect new accounts (Salons) in the Upstate New York specified area.With the support of our expert educators, you will build your client base through visits, brand launches, events and trainings.As a road warrior, you will spend most of your time meeting with prospective and existing clients, evaluating their needs and helping their businesses flourish.This role is ideal for you if you have a strong hunter mentality, enjoy building long term relationships with clients and have a passion for closing deals.An interest in the beauty business doesn’t hurt either!

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum of 1-2 years of field sales (outside sales) experience is essential

Excellent communication skills

Ability to build productive, long-term relationships

Self-motivated and accountable

Valid driver’s license, good driving record and daily access to a vehicle

Willingness to travel throughout Upstate NY area
