Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller in Raleigh, North Carolina, in the United States. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team within the accounting software systems industry. This role involves overseeing accounting functions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and auditing, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all financial activities and personnel

• Set controls and budgets to mitigate risk and increase return on investments

• Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques

• Conduct internal audits to assess financial status

• Implement strategic financial planning

• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results

• Approve or reject budgets

• Conduct risk management

• Evaluate and decide on investments

• Supervise a team of Accountants

• Allocate resources and manage cash flows

• Conduct profit and cost analyses Requirements • Must have proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with DCAA regulations is necessary

• Profound knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with ERP Solutions is a plus

• Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing skills are mandatory

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is necessary

• Proficiency in Sage Software is required

• Experience in Commercial Construction Projects is a plus

• Understanding of Construction industry is necessary

• Knowledge of Construction Accounting is required

• Familiarity with Construction Cost is a plus
