The Sr. HRIS Analyst, Talent and Recruiting is responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday HR solutions to meet the business requirements of clients. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients on best practices, system configuration, and implementation methodology, and collaborates with technical consultants to ensure successful integration of Workday with other systems.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Will be responsible for leading the end-to-end administration, design and support of Workday Recruiting and Talent Functional Area’s

  • Lead Workday projects including configuration of business processes, testing, troubleshooting and execution of new functionality and enhancements

  • Lead administration for recruiting systems like HireRight and Symphony Talent; and liaise with SMEs and vendors on integrations and optimizations

  • Serve as a proven resource in defining and evaluating requirements, managing priorities across multiple functional areas and global locations

  • Serving as a trusted resource in Workday with hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and training

  • Provide overall project management for HR technology projects, implementations, designs and deployments

  • Develop and maintain internal clients (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IS, HR) and external vendor relationships

  • Problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms with knowledge of downstream impacts of functionality. 

  • Support case management and resolution on day-to-day tasks

  • Identify and communicate new capabilities within the Recruiting and Talent Management functional area’s either as part of Bi-annual Workday Upgrade or Workday Functional Roadmaps

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7 years experience with Workday HCM with a minimum of 3 years of Workday Recruiting and Talent Management experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of HR processes and experience working with global team

  • Previous Human Resources functional experience

  • The individual is expected to have additional hands-on experience with Workday modules Core HCM, Core and Compensation, Security, and reporting.

  • Knowledge on any of the following modules Career Management, Time and Absence are added advantage

  • Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions

  • Strong project management skills, time management skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task competing priorities

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate current state, identify opportunities for improvement and execute a roadmap to drive change

  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information

  • Staying up-to-date: Keeping abreast of the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to clients

  • Ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them to people at all levels

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate across several workstreams
