Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Bookkeeper to be a part of our team in our CPA Firm based in Papillion, Nebraska, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, and processing payroll. You will also oversee month-end closings, track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules, and supervise accounting clerks and junior bookkeepers.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations

• Oversee payroll processing

• Execute month-end closings

• Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules

• Supervise accounting clerks and junior bookkeepers

• Prepare the trial balance

• Set up new client accounts in QuickBooks

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, QuickBooks, Quickbooks Online, QuickBooks Pro, and Public Accounting. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is needed.

• Should have a solid background in Bookkeeping.

• Data Entry skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is required.

• Payroll experience is needed.

• Must have experience with QuickBooks, including Quickbooks Online and QuickBooks Pro.

• Public Accounting experience is preferred.
