We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join Snap!

What you’ll do:

  • Manages all aspects of the Org Leader's schedule, including extensive travel arrangements and strategic prioritization of scheduling.

  • Interact regularly and build relationships with executives across various teams at Snap

  • Identify ways executives can use their time better, and things you can take off their plate

  • Navigate complex matrixed organizations and enhance organizational communications while acting as an escalation point of contact for issues

  • Help with various administrative and office duties as assigned

  • Organize team professional events, socials, team off-sites, etc.

  • Perform non-administrative ad-hoc projects such as preparing reports and presentations, and gathering insights, research, and information to inform decision making

  • Project manage initiatives, ensuring successful execution in alignment with the executive's vision.

  • Collaborate with and partner with/support the EA community at Snap

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs and applications

  • Ability to collaborate across functions and work within the EA community to deliver against time sensitive deliverables

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style

  • Strong scheduling / coordination skills and comfortability with last-minute changes

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with an optimistic approach to work and life

  • Incredibly proactive and able to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • High level of professional integrity and confidentiality

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a tech/startup environment

  • Experience with planning large team events and off-sites

  • Experience with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiency

  • A passion for Snap’s product, company, and creativity

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :

The base salary range for this position is $104,000-$156,000 annually.

Zone B (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :

The base salary range for this position is $99,000-$148,000 annually.

Zone C (https://careers.snap.com/us-payzones) :

The base salary range for this position is $88,000-$133,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
