Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Technician (Residential) in Omaha, Nebraska

Adecco is hiring experienced Residential Maintenance Technicians in Omaha, NE!

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining residential properties by repairing plumbing systems, electrical equipment, appliances; performing carpentry and painting tasks; and ensuring the general upkeep of the property including pool maintenance and grounds cleaning.

What do you need?

  • High school diploma or (GED); OR 2-3 years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Good mechanical skills.

  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety policies, practices and procedures.

  • Valid EPA certification or must be certified within 90 days of employment.

  • Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation required.

  • Provide personal smart phone and have working knowledge of assigned applications.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
