Job Summary

As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll lead mid-size technical projects. You'll provide technical and project leadership, coordinating technical activities and maintaining schedules. You'll be responsible project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and communication with stakeholders. You will ensure timely completion of projects that are high quality, on-time, and within budget.

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

• Leading mid-sized technical projects. Developing project scopes and objectives, and detailed project plans, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Anticipating, identifying, defining and resolving complex organizational and operational problems.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Mentoring and coaching less experienced team members to support their professional development.
• Engaging cross-functional team members, such as purchasing, quality, regulatory and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with significant relevant experience.
• Be able to effectively manage mid-sized technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Be highly proficient in one or more engineering disciplines and project management software tools.
• Be able to guide and mentor others.

Compensation and Benefits

• The base pay for this position ranges from $106,988 per year to $147,108 per year depending on the geographic region.
• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
