Description:

• Candidates will be responsible for maintenance on hydraulic presses, fanuc robots, various assembly machines, conveyor lines and air handling equipment

• Will also be responsible for maintaining pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, gears, drives, ac/dc, pumps, gearboxes, motor controls, electronic systems, light systems, rigging and various other secondary equipment

• Will also be performing general building maintenance on boilers, hvac units, plumbing, light ballast and various other maintenance

• MIG Welding and Stick welding

• Reading of blueprints and schematics

• Electrical troubleshooting of from 24v ac/dc up to 480v single phase and three phase

• PLC troubleshooting

-Breakdowns will come through as work orders on a computer system - they have a CMMS system

-Will be following a PM schedule

-Responsible for monitoring equipment performance

-Make sure to keep lines running

-Machines they will be working on is SMP presses

-Install new equipment as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

1. Must have at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

2. Must have experience with hydraulics

3. Must be strong with either hydraulics OR industrial electricity (480v, 3-phase, PLCs, sensors, VFDs)

4. Must have 24v, 110v, 480v experience

5. Must have own tools

PLUSES:

1. PLC troubleshooting

2. ARC Flash exp or electrical certs

3. Welding

4. Robotics or automation

5. Automotive supplier

6. Anyone with a boiler license/steam generating experience and maintenance experience would be a plus as well.
