Your Opportunity

  • Understand the nuances of complex alternative investment solutions across both private and registered vehicles, articulating these to potential clients clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to foster and grow relationships with financial advisors across RIA and Wirehouse channels.

  • Cultivate and enhance existing relationships, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Initiate proactive outreach to financial advisors, promoting Privacore’s mission, sharing insights, and uncovering opportunities to provide value.

  • Drive new business by engaging financial advisors, sharing sales and marketing insights, fulfilling information requests, and delivering updates on product offerings and new initiatives.

  • Support Regional Directors with sales and client service tasks, including coordinating meetings, preparing analytics and presentations, managing distribution of client and prospect materials, and CRM data updates.

  • Manage daily territory tasks to optimize business operations and prioritize resources efficiently.

  • Engage in planning and business development using consistent sales processes to drive sales and strengthen advisor relationships.

  • Partner with Regional Directors to craft and execute strategic territory business plans.

  • Ensure clear and transparent communication with team members and leadership.

  • Contribute to projects and initiatives supporting distribution efforts.

    Must Have Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience post-undergraduate in Financial Services, with a preference for backgrounds in alternative asset management or private wealth management

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • FINRA Series SIE, 7, 63 licenses required

  • Deep understanding of capital markets and financial investment strategies, including alternative assets

  • High level of self-motivation and accountability; capable of working independently

  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills for strategic business relationship development

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

    Compensation Information

    The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

    Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
