The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

The Sr. Manager, Property Management, will be leading a high-performing, diverse, and engaged team responsible for Refrigeration Technical Operations. This role will lead a strong team of technical experts accountable for the total cost of operating for Refrigeration assets at all Target store locations. Providing guidance and structure to daily challenges of managing and maintaining portfolio of refrigerated assets while developing strategies to understand outliers through uptime reporting. In addition to reactive work the team will be accountable to the deploying of the refrigeration energy management systems through inventory, programming and software management. To ensure technical operation post capital investments in New and Remodel stores as well as asset replacement the team will document and execute a comprehensive commissioning process for all new, remodels and capital investments.

This Sr. Manager position is a technical expert, active collaborator, advocate for the team, and strategic partner working with other leaders across Property Management, Target Properties, and other pyramids including Engineering, Store Operations, Food and Beverage Operations, Food Safety and Facilities Maintenance Operation Center. Additionally, this role builds key external relationships with manufacturers and service providers.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, BA/BS preferred

  • Minimum 7+ years overall business experience within technical operations

  • Experience leading and coaching others

  • Cross-functional team leadership experience

  • Strong analytical, financial, reasoning, and organizational skills

  • Effectiveness developing strong relationships with inter-company teams and senior management

  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

  • Ability to maximize relationships - team player/inspires others/takes partners across all levels of the organization and with outside vendors

  • Practical approach to problem solving – ability to identify the need for change and lead through it

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
