JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position summary: Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Sourcing, this person will be a critical leader responsible for directing the strategic sourcing strategy process and implementation across all Regal Rexnord business segments. With the rapid growth and diversity of segments and business units, this leader will provide oversight to the strategy management process. This leader will be responsible for the talent management strategy within the function, including the Supply Chain leadership development program, globally. As a member of the Regal Rexnord Sourcing Leadership Team, this leader will work very closely with Regional and Category Directors to establish strategic milestones for category strategies and acceptance within our business segments. The Strategic Transformation director will be a critical leader will work closely with the COE team to ensure category strategies align with our Regal Rexnord Supply Chain Risk Management program. In addition to Risk Management, alignment of COE tools as required. This role will be responsible for leading Category Management Strategy Council and Reviews, interfacing with senior management stakeholders, working with regional leads to align compliance and policy initiatives, gaining buy-in and driving change management required to deliver MCO and Synergy savings. This key role will work closely with the global supply chain teams, segment and corporate leaders in the development of strategic plans and actions, while proactively engaged in supporting projects to assure attainment of agreed upon performance across Regal Rexnord. As a part of our talent continuum, this leader will develop and lead our Early in Career curriculum and provide managerial leadership to LDPs in the United States. Key Responsibilities: Supports Regal Rexnord\'s overall objectives, providing strategic leadership by setting the vision, strategy, and objectives, for category management development by Enterprise, Segment, and Division category managers, supporting an annual spend of \\$3.2B. Provide training and guidance on execution of the Regal Rexnord category management process, including accessibility to tools, stakeholders and resources to complete the strategic sourcing process Implement and drive process consistency and cross-business collaboration through sourcing strategies, councils that result in supplier consolidation and leverage opportunities across all global businesses. Establish annual goals and objectives, including stretch targets for function/team and manage individual performance to assure attainment.
