DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position is responsible for providing administrative review and coordination of lottery validation processes to ensure adherence to established rules, regulations and security guidelines. You will monitor adherence to NASPL, MUSL and PA lottery policies, procedures and legal requirements to maintain the security and integrity of gaming activities. You will have the opportunity to Interact with all levels of staff and law enforcement to research and provide requisite support related to these broad objectives. Duties include creating and reviewing research to identify locations and/or situations that require Lottery Security intervention, as well as sharing findings with Security and Compliance Manager.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Middletown. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Revenue Research Analyst 1; or One year of managerial experience in a major tax system which involved the receipt or the examination of tax returns or the enforcement of tax rules and regulations; or Two years of experience in systems analysis and/or operations research which included one year in the analysis of tax systems and a bachelor's degree including or supplemented by 21 credit hours in courses involving the use of quantification techniques applicable to systems analysis and operations research such as statistics, systems analysis, mathematical model building, algebra, calculus, operations research, quantitative research design, economic analysis, computer science, or any other quantifiable course work. Appropriate graduate study may be substituted for the required experience on a year for year basis; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must have at least three years of investigations experience. You must have experience in reviewing/interpreting reports. You must have experience performing business analysis and/or research. You must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.) You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with loss prevention for a lottery retailer.
