Network Engineer

We're on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Network Engineer with in-depth knowledge of network protocols, network design, and management. In this role, you'll manage dynamic daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Planning, designing, and executing networking projects

Preparing and executing the transition of our WiFi to Meraki

Working with switches, firewalls and other network components

Leading a major project of constructing a network into a corporate office

Managing network operations seamlessly blending daily support and project management

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Network Engineer role or related field

Mandatory Cisco Certification (can be overlooked for individuals with significant professional experience)

Extensive knowledge of network protocols

Exceptional teamwork skills with a proactive approach to tasks

Highly developed problem-solving skills and a dedication to thorough documentation

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Cloud, Meraki, Network Security

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the role of a Network Engineer

• Proficient in working with Checkpoint

• Extensive experience with Cisco Technologies including Cisco Routers, Cisco Firewall, and Cisco Hardware

• Certification in Cisco CCNA and Cisco CCNP is required

• Prior experience in Network Engineering and Design is a must

• Familiarity with Network Environment and Firewall Technologies

• Proficiency in Eigrp and Meraki

• Must hold a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with industry standards and current advancements in network engineering

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
