Senior People Consultant.

What a typical day will look like

  • Assist leaders and/or colleagues on license management and Wellbeing issues.

  • Follow-up of internal investigations, performance management, improvement plans, situations with leader and colleague/colleague and colleague.

  • Terminations, people policies, mediator to avoid conflicts and reduce risks, maintaining confidentiality and creating trust.

  • Systematically report all issues/cases, keep up to date on legislative changes and regulations applicable to labor relations.

  • Be a support and manager in crisis situations.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • You must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Law or a related degree.

  • Sophisticated English much needed.

  • Technological Tools: (Word, Excel and Power Point).

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position, preferably with knowledge of regulations, legislative changes and labour relations (Crucial).

  • Active listening, conflict resolution, kindness, teamwork.
