Position summary

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Nescafé Cafeteria marketing team and work for one of the most iconic brands, Nescafé. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth within the Cafeteria industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives that resonate with our target audience and identify opportunities for brand differentiation. A day in the life.. .

  • Support the development of strong and functionally aligned brand plans. Ensures execution of plans; tracks and monitors impact on brand performance

  • Responsible for the orchestration and deployment of key account marketing plans for Nescafé

  • Leverage market research, such as market and channel analysis, concept test and product preference test to progress with relative commercial and marketing plans

  • Generate and develop inspiring customer insight (mainly through market visits)

  • Contribute to the building and development of innovation and renovation pipeline. Applies efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End Idea-to-Launch (I2L) Project Management to bring the pipeline to life

  • Responsible for packaging and label upgrade, complying with local Regulatory Affairs and global brand guidelines

  • Continuous (Product Fixed Marketing Expenses) PFME control and management, Pre and post evaluation of launches and activities as per the guidelines

  • Share activation toolkits with the sales team to ensure uniform implementation

  • Leverage Nescafé footprint in the HORECA & Baristi Community

What makes you successful

  • Post Graduate Degree in Management, Marketing or Business Administration

  • Marketing & Sales experience in the Out of Home (OOH) sector or similar B2B sectors would be an asset

  • Organizational / project management / communication skills, ability to work on own initiative and as part of a dynamic cross-functional team

  • Prior Coffee experience would be considered as an asset

  • Experience in SAP would be considered as an advantage

  • Fluency in English

  • Valid driving license
