About our Team

You'll be joining a team of four UK-based marketing specialists, with four more based in our offices in Manila. But you'll also be part of a much wider content focused team, working closely alongside our editorial and production teams and events team, making you part of a multi-talented and highly collaborative team of more than 20 individuals.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Marketing Executive to join our team. Passionate about social media, marketing, and content creation. You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products/services.We are looking for someone who has lived and breathed social media as part of their previous role or lifestyle. Bringing new and fresh ideas, structure and strategy to EG’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook and Youtube. You will be part of an exciting team responsible for delivering a dynamic new social media strategy to strengthen the EG brand. This role offers a great opportunity to make your mark on our business.Additionally you will support the wider marketing team on email with campaign and project execution, offline content creation, brand management, internal communications, reporting, and some administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating ordering and distribution of branded merchandise, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring brand consistency.

• Facilitating internal communications through newsletters and intranet management.

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Creating and curate engaging content for all social media platforms.

• Engaging with our audience on social media by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

• Maintaining social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations related to our brand and industry.

• Developing and assemble testimonials for brand ambassador use.

• Initiating ordering and distribution of branded merchandise, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring brand consistency.

Requirements

• Possess experience in social media with a solid portfolio. Equivalent experience in growing your own social media presence / brand would also be considered.

• Demonstrate high standards and attention to detail, with organisational habits that allow us to work efficiently and provides flexibility.

• Experience of social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Have visual content creation skills.

• Demonstrate troubleshooting approach to identify opportunities and address challenges.

• Able to think creatively and generate original ideas.
