Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and instructions in English. * Manages production flow. * Coordinates with other functional groups to meet customer requirements. * Enforces process compliance * Manages all off shift personnel

Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises all production shift employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
