Work with associates, Team Coordinators, and Team Managers to resolve production issues related to process arrangement and parts delivery Continuously improve processes through process engineering methods (maximized Focus on SQDME) Maintain multiple Operation Standards databases and AutoCAD layout Monitor downtime and quality issues to identify process concerns

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Job Relevant Knowledge: Demonstrates a thorough understanding of assembly procedures and industrial engineering principles Microsoft Software experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Minimum Job Relevant Experience: 1-7 years manufacturing experience Line balance or time standard setting (2 years) Degree / Certification Required: BS - Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment Required Skills: MOST knowledge and experience AutoCAD experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good interpersonal communication skills, planning and organizational skills Desired Skills & Abilities: PDDA knowledge and experience Catia knowledge and experience Delmia knowledge and experience
