We are currently looking for a Supply Quality Executive to join our Quality team.

Location: Karacabey, Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Supply Quality Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Support the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses) and Start corrective-preventive actions about packaging and raw materials with the supplier, follow up these actions, take necessary actions by informing related parties about blockage process

  • Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards

  • Organize periodic HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) reviews for packaging and raw materials

  • Prepare quality plans (Quality Management Systems) in line with related specifications of packaging and raw materials

  • Ensure product briefs are implemented for imported raw materials

  • Ensure packaging and raw materials analysis conducted in line with QMS (Quality Management Systems) requirements and monitoring plans

  • Perform packaging and raw material release process according to Nestlé Quality Standards

  • Monitor that packaging and raw materials are in line with legal requirements and Nestlé requirements

  • Ensure packaging and raw material traceability in quality entries

  • Ensure raw material Major Allergen Declaration forms are in place and updated

  • Lead supplier audits and prepare reporting, act as an internal controller for Quality Assurance department

  • Create Quality Info Records for approved materials/vendors/vendor sites.

  • Ensure quality department activities are fully aligned with SHE (Safety, Health & Enviraonment) local regulations and corporate initiatives

  • Promote quality awareness across the company and suppliers.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • University degree

  • Min 5-6 year experience in quality and system management

  • Experience in input control and SAP processes

  • Experience as a team leader

  • Successful in issue management, performance and development.
