Responsibilities

• Cuts material on saws, maintaining work order tolerances and specifications

• · Ability to use measurement tools

• · Knowledge of saw concepts, practices, and procedures

• · Ability to read and understand work orders, tolerances and specifications

• · Ability to set up machines, blades, stops or feeding devices, and flow of coolant against cutting area

• · Ability to properly load material on saws using forklifts or other moving equipment

• · Knowledge of changing blades on saws as needed

• · Cleans saws at the end of shift

• · Adheres to personal and facility safety procedures and practices

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
