CONTROLS/MANUFACUTRING ENGINEETR | JACKSON, TN

• This engineer will be working on troubleshooting equipment in the plant including PLC equipment.

• Creating standards and pulling data.

• Problem solving on the floor issues and developing a corrective action.

• Increase efficiencies, cost reduction, and quality GD&T knowledge and familiarity.

• Ability to read drawings (required).

• Statistical analysis of process data.

• Engineering experience in fast paced production environment.

• Troubleshooting capability of complex problems to identify root cause.

• Hands on capability in investigating problems and developing countermeasures.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree

Work Environment

You will spend majority of your time on the floor investigating problems (at very least 40% of the time). The investigation and results need to be documented so this will be desk time. There is a lot of visualization at the plant - each department has a small "studio" with poster boards, graphs, charts etc. documenting their findings and actions.
