You Are: UST is searching for a UX Design Manager who will design innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs across two or more platforms under the guidance of UX Specialist/ Lead II. The Opportunity: Consulting with clients to understand their goals Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders Developing personas and usage scenarios Conducting usability testing Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows Creating product prototypes Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience Assisting with content development This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: 10+ years of experience in UI/ UX design Must have a solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies Wireframing tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Good understanding of design tools like as Photoshop, Illustrator Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below. Role Location: Washington Compensation Range: $62,000-$62,000 Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
