Description:

Responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of a design, production of the construction documents and specifications. Have overall project management responsibility for a variety of projects or project teams, including determining and implementing the exact needs of the client, directing architectural assignments with instructions from the Principal Architect, as to the results expected, coordinating subconsultants and managing the flow of information to keep the project moving forward and meeting deadlines. Will also want to continue to help out with the design and production. Occasional participation in marketing events, lead generation and limited business development. Project Administration including general coordination, meeting minute preparation or updates, field report preparation or updates, coordination and preparation of base feasibility reports, distribution of consultant and client communications, and conducting client meetings. Work on projects such as multifamily, government and education (charter schools)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-6+ years experience managing various projects -Must be familiar with building construction and engineering systems, local zoning, building, and energy codes -Understanding of project management and delivery fundamentals -Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, CAD, BIM -MUST be on path to Licensed Architect -Graduated from an Architecture or Environmental Design program -Candidate should be direct, results-oriented, and can make decision easily while collaborating Best vs Average -NCARB -LEED AP or LFA -Experience with Graphisoft ARCHICAD is preferred, will train -Experience working on multifamily and gov't projects -PMP certification
