Job Description:

• Repair and troubleshoot bakery equipment in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

• Support high speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I/O, and machine controls.

• Perform building maintenance and other projects as assigned.

• Must maintain accurate and timely records of work performed on work orders, maintenance calls, and preventive maintenance reports

Job Requirements:

• Must have minimum 1+ years of hands on experience in mechanical work in a manufacturing environment (baking industry is preferred) OR proven technical training / certification in Maintenance Mechanic and Electrical.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to analyze and solve difficult technical problems.

• Must be able to use independent judgment.

• Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success.

• Experience in preventative and predictive maintenance

• Knowledge of high-speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, and basic I/O

• Knowledge in PLC experience is a plus.
