JOB REQUIREMENTS: Vice President Global IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture - R0025645 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Category: Global IT Job Family: IT Job Description: The VP, IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture is a key position within the Global IT Leadership team and works closely with the CIDO. The VP ITS&EA will design strategies what support the business\'s targeted outcomes relating to growing revenue, optimizing operational costs, and mitigating risks. This partner is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships externally to understand trends, emerging technology and work with business and Global IT stakeholders through communicating the strategy and value of digital and technology services and solutions offered, in this sense the role is meant to \"bring the outside in\" for Schreiber. This individual will be responsible for shaping the IT roadmap and Strategy. The VP ITS & EA will lead the enterprise architects by setting and adhering to our technology reference architecture. This role will lead the strategy to identify, pilot and select emerging technologies. The VP ITS & EA will also work closely with the business relationship management team to understand needs and wants of the business, identify points of differentiation and value for the business and work to create a target architecture that brings a combination of best of breed and custom, cloud native applications to drive growth and value for Schreiber Foods. What you\'ll do: * Leads the analysis of business and operating models, market trends, and the technology industry to determine their potential impact on Schreiber Foods\'s strategy, direction and architecture. * Scans emerging technologies and the business ecosystem for major disruptive technology and non-technology trends that affect the business. Provides guidance and best practices to take advantage of new, or emerging opportunities and successfully deliver the expected business outcomes. * Understands the relationship between partners, processes, information, technology and other components of Schreiber\'s Farm to Fork supply chain, and their relationship to one another and to the external environment. * Leads the team by ensuring partnership with extended technical teams of architects, developers, and business analysts. Ensures the team is provided ongoing development and can deliver on organizational and professional goals. * Identifies the balance between organizational risk and agility. Enhancing and creating technology roadmaps.
