Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for covering all aspects of financial reporting for the organization. You will manage both accounts receivable and payable functions, generate necessary financial statements, and handle a portion of human resources functions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of financial reporting within the organization

• Manage accounts receivable and payable functions

• Generate necessary financial statements for the overall function of financial reporting

• Utilize Excel and operate within an ERP system across all functions of the company

• Maintain and execute database queries and maintenance tasks

• Cover human resources functions including payroll, tax accounting, and limited areas of hiring and employee maintenance

• Perform account reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping tasks

• Handle month-end close processes

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience

• Associates degree in Accounting preferred

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a related accounting role.
