Product Success Analyst

Location: Frisco, TX

NCR Atleos, the world's leader in ATM deployment and operations, is aggressively seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Product Success Analyst.

This role would be to own portfolio management, customer reporting, and revenue assurance for the Allpoint Network.

Product Success Analyst will be a thought leader and will able to build and present clear business cases, possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, be able to establish a strong knowledge of ATM (automated Teller machines) and EFT ( electronic funds transfer ) network mechanics. The PSA will work collaboratively will other areas of the organization to assure solution quality and revenue integrity for the Network business The individual chosen for this role will be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude and desire to work closely with others across the organization. The successful candidate will be a passionate problem solver inclined toward action with a thirst to learn and a desire to create team wins over individual victories.

Product Success Analyst will be an insightful thought leader with a “roll up the sleeves” attitude ready, willing and able to personally execute each detail on the solution plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Become proficient in all aspects of Network operations.

• Makes portfolio recommendations to ensure Allpoint remains profitable at the deal level.

• Highlights financial risks and opportunities to direct manager.

• Responsible for creating basic economic models.

• Recommends new commercial structures for existing Allpoint deals.

• Ensures contract execution across portfolio of Allpoint Issuers.

• Owns all custom reporting for the Allpoint Network.

• Responsible for troubleshooting and remediating all network and profile-based errors and exceptions across NCR’s retail ATM portfolio.

• Gain detailed level of familiarity with Allpoint network platform and mechanics.

EDUCATIONAL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Project Management, Marketing, Business Development or Analytics will be advantageous.

• Excellent, proven verbal and written communication skills, design skills and strong presentation skills.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience in product development is a plus.

• Experience in the Financial Institution services, payment or ATM industry is a plus

• Experience working with a sales team

• Superior oral and written communication skills

• Process improvement initiatives, including development of process artifacts, training of stakeholders and oversight of adherence will be advantageous.
