角色职责:

• Mainly responsible for Carrier Nanhai campus occupational health & environmental （E&H）management 主要负责开利南海园区的职业健康和环保管理

• Organize daily E&H activities, such as risk assessment , inspection, preventive/corrective action implementation 组织日常环境健康管理活动，包括风险评估，检查，预防纠正措施落实

• Coordinate implementation of site E&H programme according to legal and corporate requirements 按照法规和总部要求协调E&H管理要求的落实

• Coordinate E&H projects to achieve E&H excellence 协调环境健康改善项目以实现卓越表现

• Track national/local legal E&H requirements, and ensure legal non-compliances are avoided, but in case of such case, swiftly initiate corrective actions 跟踪国家、地方环境健康法规要求，确保合规，如有不合规情况迅速采取整改措施

• Coordinate internal & external EH&S management system audit 协调EH&S管理体系的内审和外审

• Participate in routine safety management 参与公司例行安全管理

角色 目的:

• 在EH&S经理的领导下，负责全公司的环境、职业健康管理，确保法规和开利总部相关要求的落实，实现环境、职业健康管理的卓越表现

最低要求:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in environmental, health, chemical, or other engineering discipline 环境、健康、化工或其他工学本科及以上学历

• More than 8 years of manufacturing site EH&S management experience, at least 3 years in multinational company EH&S experience 8年以上制造企业安全管理经验，至少3年以上跨国公司EH&S经验

• Good understanding of national/local legal E&H requirements 较好掌握国家、地方法规要求

• Good oral/written English skills 英语较好

• Result driven 以结果为导向

• Good communication skill 良好的沟通技能
