Job Skills / Requirements

SUMMARY: Maintain the a large multi zone irrigation system at a client site in Fort Smith, AR. Supervise and perform daily, specialty tasks such as scheduling irrigation repairs, maintenance, operations and irrigation audits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

The primary responsibility of the Irrigation tech is to maintain the grounds maintenance of the client.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must have prior irrigation work experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees or the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or Equivalent Bachelor's Degree Preferred
