Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for RF products and systems.

• Conduct thorough testing and analysis of RF components and subsystems to identify potential issues or defects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

• Establish and maintain quality metrics and performance indicators to track and monitor product quality and reliability.

• Support customer audits and assessments, providing documentation and evidence of compliance with quality standards and regulations.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to RF technology and quality management systems.
