A Manufacturing Company in Farmingdale, NY is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team! We are seeking an experienced office professional seeking a new role where you will wear many hats. We are open to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of office experience. We are seeking someone with great verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task and excellent computer skills. Being able to speak English and Spanish fluently is a plus, but not a requirement. Responsibilities

  • Process retail orders and manage online transactions efficiently.

  • Prepare and organize paperwork, including printing and filing documents.

  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist with licensing procedures by capturing and organizing samples for submission to licensing companies.

  • Perform front office clerical tasks to maintain a professional and organized workspace.

  • Support production by printing reports necessary for order creation.

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

  • Manage returns and refunds efficiently to uphold customer satisfaction.

  • Perform various clerical duties to support daily operations and organizational efficiency.
